Diabète Outaouais invites you to a free conference entitled "Inflammation sous chronique : le lien entre la dépression et le diabète de type 2?".

Diabète Outaouais vous invite aux ateliers culinaires pour diabétiques. Ils se tiendront cet automne. Venez apprendre à respecter les bases d’une assiette santé, découvrir des produits sains et délicieux et faire de bons choix nutritifs. Vous goûterez des aliments qui sont des choix santé et qui sont au cœur de recettes faciles à cuisiner. Les places sont limitées, contactez-nous pour vous inscrire rapidement !
